Our Official Photography Partner Sportograf uses facial recognition to find your race photos. About 48 hours after your race, you can view all your pictures on sportograf.com. Just upload a selfie to see every photo captured of you during the event!

- Go to sportograf.com/en and search for the respective HYROX event.
- Enter the email address you used for race entry and click “Send Validation Link.”
- Check your inbox for the email titled “Validation successful – Search for your images now” and click “Validate and Search.”
- Upload a selfie.
- Select “Buy Foto-Flat.”

Bag drop: Once checked in, each person may leave only one individual item in the bag drop. Multiple bags, or one bag containing several bags or items, will not be allowed, even if they are attached together.
Lockers: Besides the Bag Drop, you’ll now have access to lockers where you can safely store your belongings and access them as many times as you like throughout the event.
Lockers are limited! We recommend booking yours in advance to take advantage of the discounted price.

Early Athlete Registration
Date & Times:
Wednesday, October 14th, from 3PM to 7PM. ONLY for athletes competing on Thursday.
Athletes competing on a different day will not be able to check in. There is no early registration for spectators. Check-in will not be available after the early registration closing time.
Location:
- Option 1: PUMA – El Corte Inglés Avenida de Francia ([See address]). 30% discount on the PUMA x HYROX collection.
- Option 2: Fitness Park Calixto ([See address]). Free one-day access to any Fitness Park in Valencia between 14/10 and 25/10.
Important Information:
- You must bring ID.
- Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
Race Day Athlete Registration:
Registration on-site opens for each division 90 minutes before the first start wave of that division. If you wish to enter the hall before your official check-in window, please go via the Spectators Desk and show your ticket & ID. Please note that, in order to control capacity, you can only enter with your athlete ticket the same day of your race. If you wish to enter the venue on another day, you will need to buy a spectator ticket.
Important Information:
- You must bring ID.
- Checking in on behalf of others is not allowed.
- Changes on site are not allowed.
- Once you’ve checked in, you will only be able to drop off 1 bag at the bag drop.
Deadline for check-in: 1 hour before the start
Please bring your ticket QR code, which you received after successfully personalising your purchased ticket as well as your ID. Check-in will not be made to anyone who does not provide their ID at the counter.

Join the Race for Impact! Choose your cause and turn your race into a global change by fundraising for the world’s top-performing charities. The minimum fundraising target depends on your division: 300€ for Singles and 600€ for doubles. If you fall short, you’ll need to cover the difference to compete.
Pick from five impact areas: Global Health, Climate Solutions, Mental Health, Women’s Empowerment, or Animal Welfare.

Captains’ check-in time: 17:00*
*The captain must complete check-in beforehand in order to attend the briefing at the scheduled time. The rest of the team must check in during their designated time slot.
